3TIER was retained by the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group) through a competitive bidding process to prepare a wind atlas for Bolivia. As part of the delivery mechanism for this dataset, 3TIER agreed to add the data and map to the FirstLook interface, and expand the set of information that we display as part of our data display functionality. As well as the data available on FirstLook, the final report of 3TIER’s wind resource analysis in Bolivia is available at http://www.tde.com.bo. Additionally, IFC secured discounts on FirstLook reports purchased inside of Bolivia.
